The aim of this conference is for organistional psychology and organisational behaviour researchers and practitioners to get together, network, and discuss their research. This inclusive conference specifically aims to:

  • Describe current, relevant work-related research ongoing in Australasia, and apply it to organisational practices and/or workers' experiences;
  • Better understand what research other OPOB researchers/practitioners are conducting; and
  • Develop a stronger community of OPOB researchers, and link with practitioners and other interested stakeholders.
