"We welcome anyone with an interest in work-related research and its application in organisations to register for this one-day conference. Come and engage with practitioners, academics, and postgraduate students working on topics related to organisational/work psychology and organisational behaivour (OPOB)."

The aim of this conference was for organistional psychology and organisational behaviour researchers and practitioners to get together, network, and discuss their research. This inclusive conference specifically aimed to:

  • Describe current, relevant work-related research ongoing in Australasia, and apply it to organisational practices and/or workers' experiences;
  • Better understand what research other OPOB researchers/practitioners are conducting; and
  • Develop a stronger community of OPOB researchers, and link with practitioners and other interested stakeholders.
